All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

 

3. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once payment or deposit is received.

• Remaining balances must be paid before or on the scheduled shoot date unless agreed otherwise.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least [48 hours] before the scheduled shoot.

• Deposits may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

• In case of weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will coordinate a new schedule.

 

5. Image Delivery

• Edited images will be delivered within [X–X days].

• Delivery is typically done via online gallery or download link.

• Raw/unedited images are not included unless agreed upon.

• Clients must ensure timely arrival and cooperation during shoots.

• We are not responsible for missed shots due to late arrival, lack of participation, or restrictions at venues.

 

8. Liability

• While we take every precaution, we are not liable for:

  • Injuries during sessions

  • Loss caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, equipment failure, venue restrictions)

• In the unlikely event of service failure, liability is limited to the amount paid.
